I started watching last night and I was like oh cool new video and when I realized that jumped in at about an hour plus I was like oh okay I'm going to catch the end, no it was just the beginning.. but hey more Erin and her amazing storytelling and beautiful props I was definitely not disappointed and this is me not complaining whatsoever! gotta get to watch the whole thing but I will continue to watch it every night because it's four freaking hours! It's all spoken, I have to assume this is pre-written since it's fairly detailed, but it's also the length of a short audiobook. Did chat gpt help flesh out the script? Is she just that skilled at detailed rambling for hours on end? Or was it potentially months of effort? Regardless, pretty extraordinary all around.

All those details - the carefully woven texts, the crafts aspects like the animal sketches, clothing details as lace sleeves, beautiful objects of all sorts, hairstyles, music - this is such a creative and wholesome universe that you can't but fall in love with it - even if you are in your mid fifties like me ... :)

I can see this becoming a series as it would be cool to see how the new little witch handles her new life while exploring different areas of the shopping village. And maybe seeing what will happen in her first year, whether it's at Christmas/ Spring Equniox/ or telling her sis how she did in her first year of school. Tho definitely at the pace that Erin feels comfortable as a big 4 hour video is definitely taxing, I would be surprised if we didn't get some new videos for several weeks after this. Maybe get a new video about 3 - 4 weeks before Christmas

I’ve found that Erin’s videos are one of the few things that can calm my mind from being overwhelmed by all the problems in the world at the moment. I swear that her wonderfully constructed & creative productions have saved my sanity on many occasion, so this is an absolute dream. I can take a restorative midday nap and wake up long before the video’s finished, which means that I awake calm too. Thank you for this masterpiece Erin ❤

Especially the tiny little details of the animals moving, the fact that we do indeed see the way we enter and exit and as much as I love getting to do a sort of 'choose your own adventure' with these types of stories, using the return back home as an opportunity to show us the choices our character has made is such a lovely touch!
