@@mad3332 well I’m recovering from bulimia with restriction of calories and I watched one of her videos with the calorie counters after I had a day where I couldn’t purge and I just ate a lot of sugar and stuff. It made me feel a bit better about myself, seeing the calories not as high as I would’ve expected, and watching it go up to 2,000+ (the amount of calories I had eaten). And of sweets too. I thought, maybe this isn’t as bad as I thought it is. It made me feel more normal, it feels like my binges aren’t fattening and I’m not too disgusting. It also gives me a satisfaction from knowing how many calories are in there. I like knowing that. Just for curiosity too.

My new year's resolution is to stop drinking laxatives and fix my digestion..although I do wanna lose 5 more kg but I'll try to do it as healthily as possible, and not restrict under my BMR. I’ve watched her videos both with a calorie counter and without. I know a lot of people like the calorie counter but it is just very off putting to me. I think the best option is putting the full calorie count at either the end or the start instead of being reminded of it throughout the video. Not meant to offend anyone, just my opinion.

hey ✨ I see many comments of people liking the calorie counter - but I still wanna let you know why it really bothers me.. As someone recovering from a restrictive eating disorder (espEcially sugar and calories!), it’s hard/stressful for me to see the calories, when i know i am now letting myself eat these. I really wish you would keep the calories for example in the description, for those that would like to see them. But I also totally understand if you choose to keep them, as I can see the support in the comments. I’d just like to suggest to display them a lot smaller on the screen? They are very unmissable rn 😅. also the recap at the end is v triggering for people trying to stop counting calories and having that kind of control, so i personally think it’d be nicer if it stayed in the description! Sorry for this long comment, I felt like I had to justify myself to make sense :’)) thank you! I love your videos always!
