everyone about this speaks to me. i feel like trying on clothing as a mid size girl is like war every number fits different. and im chronically ill and disabled, became symptomatic in highschool and still struggling to reframe my new reality. progress is not linear, sometimes i do well and other days i feel like im back at the beginning. remember that losing your able body is a type of loss and give yourself space tj grieve

I'm not always fully caught up, but I do enjoy checking in when I can. Being the same age and also dealing with my own lumbar spine issues the past few years, I can definitely relate to having a chronic illness. It's been a lot of pain and confusion, but not without a few big brught spots in-between too. I'm more physically active now than I have ever been, although that's not saying much. Anyway, we're hanging in there with our individial trials and tribulations. Enjoy the wedding! It sounds like it'll be a good time.

omg okay i ended up returning it bc i have a garmin rn and they track all the same things lol so practically i just couldn’t make it make sense! but the sleep tracking is good and i feel like the stress metrics are cool and honestly really nice to not have to wear a watch? idk
