Your resin pool reminds me of abandoned pools that nature starts reclaiming, growing over with algae. I like it!

I work with resin. First layer one thin layer of resin and add all your glitters on that layer and set it. Your second layer you add another thin coat of resin add all your decor ( you can choose to add your decorations either facing downwards or up depending on what effect you are looking for in your case up since you want to create sounds) set that layer again, your final layer you want to add the last think coat and set it, that way you can avoid bubbles and what happened to the back of your base. Dont forget to get rid of bubbles using a lighter :)

Hello! I just wanted to give a tip! With Any types of resin you want to make sure to be slow with mixing in big spaces cause air bubbles can pop up, causing the resin to bubble up or not to stick (in this case caused with the back not sticking to the front) Other than that! I loveeeee your art and your videos so much!!!
@sophiej30495 жыл бұрын
To avoid glitter on the top you could put a small layer of resin, then add glitter and then more resin on top!:)
@ASMRplanet5 жыл бұрын
Ah yesssss! 😊✨
@hisboogerbear5 жыл бұрын
@@ASMRplanet and you can cure it in stages/layers, so that you can make sure things don't sink more than you want them, and stay in place etc. Like do a first thin layer, and cure it, add glitter etc, then add more and cure it, etc.

Also I would try to use 2 part epoxy resin the next time. The problem with UV resin is that when you have too much stuff in the resin the UV light can't reach every place properly which leaves parts that are uncured.
@pandabazzinga31335 жыл бұрын
I LOVEEEEE THIS!!!!! I love all your film flam videos honestly if you sold them on Etsy I would buy them all 😍😍. But the resin takes the game to a whole new level!!!!! I don’t even need to watch other asmr artists because you are always putting out all kinds of entertaining and relaxing content.

I have done resin for cosplay and for prop making on my career and I think the problem is the resin for the size you used here. I think maybe if you uses the ones that you just let them set like on your desk overnight maybe that would have worked better. Because what I0ve heard ov the UV resin is that it's quite complicated for big things. Just if you want to try with another type on a medium/big size project ^^
@ekf50185 жыл бұрын
Loooove the sounds on that ball at the start. Smaller layers are the key to resin projects, think like framing a picture, 1 layer, dry, 2nd layer + any glitter and bits, dry, 3rd layer, dry etc. I use the brand Art Resin, a 2 part epoxy resin that requires layers to be 1/8” or shorter or else they won’t dry properly. If your brand came with instructions or a website link check to see if they have a maximum layer height per pour listed :)

The curve in the resin looks like a wave. Makes sense with the swimmers. And it's like they are swimming in an asmr sea.

The uv rays are having a hard time going through the mold, clear molds are best for uv resin. If you do small layers, it will make up for the mold (more so than not) so try a small layer with glitter and work up to the last layer

Because it's a large scale piece it needs more time to cure than compared to earring sized resins. I have done small scale to large scale molds so i know large scales always need more time to cure. *Great ASMR video!!! I love the idea of this, an Asmr resin tool!!! 💘👏🏼👌🏼 You are so original!!!*. The tool reminds me of Sensory play boards for babies/children! This will be great to make ASMR board tools to sell 😉

UV resin may seem easy but I always have found it to be more difficult- i make bigger functional pieces- the bigger you get the harder it is for the UV to dry the resin if you try a two part resin yeah you have to wait longer but you should have a way better experience with it
@piscesmoon49705 жыл бұрын
Also all the bubbles may have been caused by the green balls. Add those with a small amount of resin like if you were using glue to glue them down and set it.

Nice video! I just have to say: You should be careful with UV light! Those kinds of lamps usually emit mostly UV-A (that is the safest of all the three kinds of UV light there is) but it's still not great to expose your skin to it for too long. :)
