ThePaletteWhisperer ASMR I think it’s a dried seed pod shaker, they sometimes wear them as bracelets too, not a 100% sure but they sound pretty much the same, but look a bit differently, but as seed pods are natural that might be normal or maybe they’re colored or something. There other videos of this channel where they use dried seed pod bracelets, if you want to compare it yourself.
