Good video and fun listening :) I am a person that sometimes use the measure band for plates so I don't oversized the plate with food, when one is eating very tasty food, like I believe its like a common way involving food with build a tower on the plate when the food is tasty.) Speaking of food and drinks, there is just a lot to learn more within food. even though I see myself as a reasonably decent cook by the stove, haha. I am impressed by your calculating, there is a few who beats you within numbers ;)👌 Personally I have generally no problem carrying my mind with me around dailywise.. nope.
