Good vid super relaxing thanks for your cold I suggest the normal stuff really lemon ginger drop of wine in hot tea. Raw garlic rub it on toast is good & try stay in the heal rest state as much as possible a way to do this is with peripheral vision you look to the side without moving your head for about 30-60secs or until you feel a yawn it puts you into rest recover heal state it's something to do with the vegus nerve there's utub vids that explain it better bewell.
