I actually have to vary between idk why. Some days if I'm not feeling asmr I will require music. but if I'm not feeling music I require some asmr but if I dont have either I cant sleep. Fun fact nobody asked for: back when I was 6 years old I used to always sleep to a movie or music. So basically my entire life I've only been able to sleep while playing a game, watching a movie/tv, asmr, or music
