I just woke up and thought I should comment on how well I slept after this. It was great! I had a pretty cool dream too. It was sometimes post apocalypse, sometimes not (I think I kept forgetting the setting) and I was just exploring, running into people, and basically just living it up.

Great video Kayla! Really appreciate this. :) Brushing is my strongest trigger, so that's great. But even better, you spaced it out the brushing with enough other things that I didn't fall into the trap of normalizing. Brushing sounds remained tingly all the way through. Really well done! ^_^
