this just reminded me of how much i need a moisturizer because i’m currently using a prescribed cream and the dermatologist told me to find a moisturizer that worked well for me but i’ve already tried a few and none have worked because of how sensitive my skin is and it just makes my eczema worse :(

From my life long experience with eczema and psoriasis(I got the package deal), stay away from lotion and soaps that have any parfum or parabens. I highly recommend you look into Cetaphil. Their lotions are my daily go to and so are their soaps. I also use gold bond eczema relief lotion for my body but not for my face, bit too thick. Sorry for the wall of text but I hope it helps. Took me over 2 decades of buying different products to find reliable ones
