It may be a small thing to some, and maybe even an annoyance to others, but I really appreciate focusing on the brown eyes. I know way too many people (and at one point, myself) who didn't like their brown eyes because they were the "default", "boring", or even "dirty looking" compared to blue eyes, so that bright smile with the "you have brown eyes" meant a lot to me, and I hope it meant a lot to others.
