Do you drink a lot of energy drinks/sugar drinks? I had this issue too until I gave up energy drinks. Strongly recommend. Only drink Water, Tea, and Milk. You’ll feel much better.

@@CramcrumBrewbringer yes I was heavy on sodas primarily mtn dew and Coca Cola and I was also a heavy weed/tobacco smoker. I’ve been drinking more fruit smoothies and eating different and my symptoms have gone down since🙏
