I think this video is outstanding. It’s definitely one of the better mouth sounds videos I’ve seen in quite some time. It might be one of the best, really. It’s certainly one of my favorites! You cycle through a handful of different mouth sounds keeping things interesting. And not only do you use some rather unique props, you also have different mouth sounds associated with them. I’m not sure I’ve seen a slinky used this way up until now. Also, I think you’ve got a great mastery of the mic in this video. When you blow towards the mic it’s not too abrasive on the ears. You also don’t cover up your nostrils and prevent yourself from breathing on the mic, yet when you do breathe it’s not overbearing. You seem to have a really good sense of where you are in relation to the mic, and know when to pull back further so you can breathe more heavily when necessary. I often see comments on videos of other ASMR artists asking them to “cover their nose so they don’t breathe on the mic.” I personally prefer a bit of breathing as it creates what I consider a more immersive, relaxing sound. But I also understand where those commenters are coming from because breathing into the mic can often be too harsh and even cause some negative feedback. That doesn’t appear to be an issue for you, and I think that’s really saying something. I’m genuinely curious if you do any singing or are in drama club or something? You certainly seem to have that level of understanding of the relationship between voice, sound, and mic. My apologies for such a long comment. I wanted to make sure I call out an excellent video and pinpoint the exact reasons why. My hope is that not only can you possibly replicate such success in a future mouth sounds video, but other ASMR artists, or even aspiring ASMR artists, can take note of what makes this video so good and incorporate it into their own work. In my opinion decent and even good ASMR is rather easy to find. The bar for what constitutes a solid ASMR video is actually pretty low, owing, in part, to its overall popularity. However, I think really great ASMR is actually pretty rare to find. Even on many channels where ASMR artists have sunk thousands of dollars into top end recording gear, mini sound booth setups or studios, and numerous or sometimes even quite expensive props, the output relative to cost is average or poor. I feel like this video of yours is not only excellent, it also proves you’re capable of doing the heavy lifting of making a great video. So anyways, thanks for an outstanding mouth sounds video. I hope you have a very excellent remainder of your day.

holy thats a lot. i read it all though and i agree! she has very unique mouth sounds and asmr props its really relaxing tbh. some other of my favorites are orchid asmr and prestons asmr, i really like their content if ur interested in recommendations. n now i just found a new favorite, i swear its always the underrated ones that are the best. also i agree w what u were saying about the breathing and ect. she must have her mic adjusted perfectly according to her asmr, and honestly compared to other asmrists she can really hold/maintain air for a while.
