That meal called "karniyarik" in turkish. It requires time and effort and if prepared properly it tastes delicious. I cant say anything about taste but it looks in your plate same as in turkish recipe. (my mum also cook that meal) I think you are good cook:) last but not least you can also try to cook "yaprak sarma" (i can say beforehand it is really complex meal but you can give it a try someday)

i have done yaprak sarma before but idk where i can find the leaves in england😆 normally id just collect them from someones garden
