I’m from Maryland, in the US, and breaking down a bushel of blue crab is like a rite of passage. You steam them in Old Bay. You spread them out for days on newspaper. You drink Natty Boh. Zach is a legend. This video makes me soooo happy. A Maryland blue crab is much smaller, so you need to buy them by the bushel, but unearthing all the meat in any crab takes some skill
