In this video i'm showing you my winter morning routine during quarantine ASMR style - to hopefully inspire you to start your day with a positive mindset as well. Of course I don't have time everyday to do this full routine, but I try to take time for it whenever possible - because it surely helps me being more productive and overall more content.
This is my first voiceover and i also got a bit more creative while editing - feel free to give me some feedback if you like these types of videos every now and then or if they're not your preferred content. i know i'm talking quite fast so maybe i's not as relaxing- but maybe it is - just let me know - thank uuu :))

Before you fall asleep make sure you... •have brushed your teeth •went to the bathroom •said “goodnight” to loved ones •prayed (if you want to) •turned off autoplay •turn brightness down •set alarm (if nessacary) •take out contacts or take off glasses (if needed) •remember you are beautiful •take three deep breathes and count backwards from 10 (if you are stressed) •get comfortable •remember you are loved •listen to the video and relax •close your eyes if you want •stop reading through comments •and go to sleep Hope this helped!
