"Sex" refers to biological differences, and you are right, there aren't more then two sexes (Plus the phenomenon of Intersexuality, which causes people to be born without a clearly distinguishable Sex ). "Gender" refers to social and cultural differnces. Your gender role can be feminine, masculine, neutral or fluid. You can be born with a penis, but feel like a girl. You can be born with a vagina, but feel like a boy. And of course you can feel like you are a girl one day, and the other day you feel like a boy. Please don't tell people their gender/ gender identity doesn't exist, it's quite ignorant. Have a nice day :)
