It is indeed one of Sarah J. Maas'. Imma be honest, I'm not a fan of smut reading myself and I'm only into the high fantasy aspect. So I absolutely ADORE the worldbuilding. A Court of Silver Flames in comparison to the other books was particularly. Uh. Spicy. But it was the biggest character arc for Nesta which is the actual reason I chose to build off of it.

My familiarity with the books comes almost entirely from withcindy's videos on them and some cursory reading to see if they're really as thirsty as those videos made them seem, and by god, she wasn't exaggerating even a bit. Between that and the at-worst decent worldbuilding it's no wonder they're as popular as they are.
