Happy new year, guys! Today is officially New Year’s Day in Australia and this awesome vegan snack platter is what my partner and I enjoyed last night for a quiet New Year’s Eve at home. On another note, I am so happy and thankful to be ringing in the new year having hit 1000 subscribers yesterday afternoon! Thank you so so much to all my wonderful viewers for watching and subscribing. Aw, love you too! I actually stopped officially making resolutions a few years ago because it makes me feel bad when I don't achieve them, lol. But! I do have a couple of things I'd like/need to do: 1. get fitter! My fiance and I are planning to go to Chile next year to visit his family and we'd like to stop over in Peru while we're there and hike the Inca Trail. We love hiking here in Aus, but we need to do a lot more to be prepared. 2. Possibly change career/job. (Something with animals/veganism or a company who gives back to the world/people would be the dream.) I've been doing the same thing for a long time and feel like it's time for a change. Good luck with your scholarship! I have no doubt you will achieve your dream. ❤❤❤

Thanks...well that's what I thought. I love that there's some good Vegan channels out there...but I knew for sure there'd be ppl who have to eat gluten free and as you say there's not really any in that niche yet. So i figure people can watch these vids and know they can have this stuff too...rather then just crave through watching. Any tips for drawing more traffic to my videos? Besides good keywords? Do you do any paid advertising to your channel at all?

Do you mean do I pay to advertise my channel? No. It's all organic growth. Or do you mean do I put ads on my channel to earn myself money? Which, the answer to that is yes. I only just got approved for monetization after waiting 6 months. (KZbin had some sort of massive delay/problem with monetizing channels but it seems to be fixed now.) I'm not an expert so I'd suggest you just search KZbin for 'how to grow your channel' or 'how to boost subscribers', etc and you will find lots of experts in that area who have channels all about being successful on KZbin. For example: the channel vidIQ. As far as what I can suggest: make sure you make food/meals that look amazing, including the thumbnail. You want to draw people in with their eyes. And be consistent with your content. Keep making videos even if the views/subs are low at first. It takes work and effort and you won't be successful overnight. You've just gotta keep at it and wait for the growth to happen. :) It's also good to comment on other ASMR eating channels so their viewers will see you and perhaps click over. But don't comment spammy stuff, like 'hey check out my channel'. Just make a general comment on the person's video, like you have done here with my video. And for this to have greater effect, I'd suggest changing your channel icon to a picture of food or yourself/lower half of face with food.

This one is called Bio Cheese which I got from the supermarket. I live in Australia though, so not sure if it's available in other countries? I just recently tried the vegan Domino's range (the best vegan cheese I've tried!) and they said they use the brand Follow Your Heart. I believe that brand should be available in a few countries. 😊😊😊
