One time I was sick and had to wait to be picked up from school but a lot of kids were sick nurses office full. They put me in the library behind the librarian and it was the best thing ever. Quiet while she typed and went through books lol

I just vaguely remember getting called into the office for various reasons and listening to the secretary or whoever typing. I would sit there in the chair and start nodding off. It was the most relaxing/intoxicating thing that I had ever experienced at that point in my young life. But the sound of people eating and chewing however, makes me feel like my whole body is burning with rage lol

Dude this reminds me of every time I was sent to the principals office for my anger issues getting out of hand (again). It was actually the most relaxing place in elementary school for me to be in the principal’s office because it was quiet, away from people, and they let me draw to help me calm down. Once I was calm they would send me to my counselor but only after I was calm because I felt uncomfortable in the cluttered space that my school counselor’s office was. I also needed quiet but not quiet to the point of it being deafening. So I think maybe that’s why this type of ASMR video is what I’ve been able to actually fall asleep to. It’s probably because I had spent so much time in the principals office, just focusing on the sound of typing and writing and paper folding as he worked while I drew to calm down. He was a really good principal and the worst he did was suspend me when I threw an entire table at a teacher and several chairs at all my classmates (so yeah pretty reasonable considering that lol). He was actually the only one I trusted aside from my counselor when I was at that school (aside from my sister of course). They also stood up for me when I had attacked some students who were picking on my sister and getting a bit rough with her (ie picking her up because she was very small for her age). At the time I had learned to go tell a teacher if some people were bullying me or someone else and was assured that they would handle it. So yeah, I did that. I tried that. They decided to pull the “oh they’re just being boys” card so I stomped on my teacher’s foot and beat the crap outta some 5th graders (which I was in 4th grade at the time) to protect my sister. When I was sent to the principals office for it, I explained it and that actually sent my principal into a visual sort of pissy state of mind. He had worked really hard for several years to get me to be able to ask for teachers for help with bullies and hearing about this clearly sent him way over the edge. 😂 If my old elementary school principal is reading this, I love ya man. You were patient enough to spend 6 years helping a kid with anger issues and you played a really great role in my life because of it. I graduated from high school last year with a GPA of 3.7. I wouldn’t have made it without you tho, you really did a lot to help me out. ❤✊

I work in a cubicle and on the other side of my wall is the office managers cubicle. About once a week, she sends out payments and she takes envelopes (the ones that have the clear address window made from crinkly plastic) and she opens them up and places checks in them, etc to be mailed out. It's break time for me when this happens because my brain melts from the asmr triggers. You should get some of those envelopes and add them to your arsenal! Lol
