I had tried fufu in Canada when I lived with a Kenyan family with a spinach based stew..I still dont know what it is called but that was so different to my indian taste buds..It was good but so different to my palate...i found it quite mushy and creamy..it broadened my food horizons with just one dish..I know I can give egusi try but for the one with Okra based..I simply cant and never will...cos I dont like Okra served to me in any form..but yes your food look bomb..amazing..

Yes this is how i like my ALL my soups" thick with little liquid" unless that particular soup is meant to be watery like the one we call ofe nsala in Nigeria. The calabar people of Nigeria have a different one they call Afia Efere, that one is also meant to be watery.

That root you use for making fufu is boiled here n eat along with salt n chilli but I really want to try it in that form with curry it really looks delicious 🤤

OKRA is one of my favourite vegetables! I fry them a bit to remove the slime, when they are cut and fried you will see much more less of slime. Eating it this way does not feel good. Just a small suggestion, Vikki. 🙏🏻❤️
