ASMR One Finger Wood Tapping & other Relaxing Sounds for a Peaceful Night of Sleep

Another quiet ASMR video, this time with wood blocks. In one of my previous video, I did some one finger tapping on these wooden blocks and some of you told me that such tapping was very relaxing. I decided to make a whole video using those wooden sounds. One finger tapping only would have been a bit boring to make so I've also made some other very delicate sounds like fingertips tapping, slow soft scratching and more. I whisper sometimes and also do some inaudible or unintelligible whisperings. This video is very peaceful I think and might help you relax if you have been stressed. And I hope this brings you a long night of deep sleep.

Pierre, the one finger tapping from normal speed to very very slow was completely brilliant! The starting tempo was just right so that my brain could latch on to the rhythm, and gave me tingles because of some minuscule changes in the tempo. Then, when you started to gradually slow down the tempo, I just drifted off to sleep. It was beautiful, thank you very much indeed for making this!

Thank you for letting me know, Alex! I sometimes lost the tempo but I think that this slow change can really helps relax and then fall asleep. As you said, we can kind of follow the rhythm first but it's not obstrusive so it allows our brain to relax until the "body fall asleep". Maybe I should make a 25 minutes only with the one finger tapping, haha. Later... It's a kind of difficult video to make, while being so simple at the same time ^^

Thanks a lot for your kind words. I try to create different types of sounds so that it helps people depending on what they need but if I would listen to ASMR, I think that I would like this kind of slow sounds. When I make videos, slow sounds like this one are quite difficult to make as it requires more concentration and making "fast and silly" is more fun. But... one thing is sure, I also feel at peace after taking a very slow video. Tired but at peace :D Anyway, have a great evening!
