if you're also into literature, I recommend Wheel of Time, Cosmere, Dark Tower and Malazan book of the Fallen. All these take as much commitment as One Piece if not more. The last two in particular are difficult to get into but worth the payoff. To put things into perspective, people recommend One Piece to non-manga readers by comparing it to one of these series.

One Piece has never sparked my interest, given its sheer length of nearly a hundred volumes. But I did finally take the plunge into the first three volumes of Naruto. And I've been indulging in more of Slam Dunk. Given that the original paperbacks are next to impossible to find, and the promised reprint has yet to materialize, I've had to settle for the Kindle edition, which lacks the original cover art for each volume (instead just using Volume One's cover for all of them).

Have you read chainsaw man? If no I definitely recommend reading it next you can finish the whole series in a day since it doesn’t have much dialogue but the story and characters are amazing pure perfection and part 2 just started dropping chapters so that’s a plus 😴🙏🏼
