I am a 17 years old rape victim..i was hospitalized for 2 months..n got discharged two weeks ago..I am physically fine now..but mentally not okay..i was not even able to close my eyes at night becoz of fear..not a mental treatment, nor meditations helped me to get through this..i saw literally 175 videos of asmr to calm my mind down..but didn't find any of them satisfying...i lost every hope to get cured..but yesterday when i saw ur this video in the suggestions..I just clicked it with no hope..but then just after 45 seconds..i started to get kinda goosebumps all over my arms n head..it was just relaxing my mind..no no..not only my mind..but it was relaxing my soul..i slept within 15 mins n now i think that god sent uh to heal me..uh dont even have an idea how important ur videos are to me..Thanks alot sis!!
