I think its great that you are so open about your mental health and how things affect you. I have a young son and young daughter and they are both very different - they get happy and sad in different ways and for different reasons. I love the thought that they can come on here and find someone who is open and talks about it because it is a normal every day things we all have to deal with. Thank you for your videos.
