Hi, Dezirae! These are wonderful questions! 1. I know there are places to get penpals on Instagram, but I stick to just my friends to be safe ^_^. 2. When talking to a stranger, don’t give out any personal information (like your address or full name), especially online (since it is so easy to pretend to be someone you aren’t on the internet). Also don’t share photos of yourself (it is easy to gain personal information from photos). I have public social media accounts separate from any personal information, and that lets me talk to strangers (like you) safely and anonymously. When in doubt, ask someone you trust for advice on your specific situation ^_^. 3. Yes, having a pen pal (especially one who is a good friend) has given me someone to share my feelings with through writing, which can really help process thoughts and emotions in a way texting and regular conversation don’t. Also, receiving a letter in the mail really brightens the day! If you can’t find a pen pal (I couldn’t for a while), journaling provides similar benefits :) 4. I get my stickers mainly from AliExpress (it is the cheapest way to buy stickers). Etsy also sells them, but it can be expensive (and still ship all the way from China) I hope this helps! ~ ♡

Hi, Alexi! Thanks for asking. I currently keep my pen-pals to friends only. However, there are ways to setup a virtual mailbox that will allow you to mask your address. I currently use iPostal1 for my "Gentle Nest" inbox. This is the way I have to found to provide coorespondence to strangers while protecting my identity. Avoid giving out personal information like your name, age, and address. Instead, make up a cute name, and if anyone asks for your age or other details, you can simply say you prefer to stay private online. So far everyone I have said this to has been very supportive. I hope this helps! If you are looking for a penpal, I know other youtubers who have been online longer than me have done a great job on this topic. ^__^

Hi Niko! Thank you for asking! I use Pilot gel pens (0.5mm is my favorite thickness). Although they take longer to dry, I found them to write the smoothest ^_^ (I simply use blotting paper to prevent smudging ~ added links in the description under "PENS")

Aw! Welcome to the channel! Thank you for not disliking, haha. I understand, it *is* rather satisfying to see washi tape rip, since it is one of the few tapes that you can do that! Sometimes I just like a clean edge 😌and I also use scissors for washi that has become brittle and doesn't tear consistently 🥺~ but it is good to hear your feedback. I will keep it in mind ^_^
