Speaking as someone who doesn't buy much (if any) beauty or skin care products, I was completely hooked and totally sold by this video (as well as absolutely mesmerized). Drink plenty of water, don't eat fatty/greasy/spicy food, cut out processed sugar, make sure you clean your face twice a day, especially before going to bed, change/wash your pillowcase every couple of days, use an oil-free moisturiser, and up your vitamin C & zinc intake!
