For me, it was nice to see the curls not being immediately stretched and pulled or brushed. Scrunching curls with the fingertips can have a great effect. Enjoyed the video!

Nice job!! From someone who lived it, a couple of tips. Much heavier eye makeup. We made 2016 look tame. 😂 Dig into that bright pink, but put it on the lid and inner corner. Put a bright yellow in the center and a bright blue on the outer corner. Follow with blue eyeliner on the water lines and some blue or fuscia mascara. Also, her curly hair would have looked so cute tied up like Madonna’s in the Lucky Star video. I just love these ‘historical’ looks you have done! Keep it up!

The micro curling iron!! I have a ton of hair (I had a lot more in the 80’s than I do now) and it took me forever to curl using that thing. We were super precise with it in the 80’s though because the goal was to get it to look like you had a spiral perm (if you didn’t have one), so it was curled in thin super straight rows. Total pain in the neck!!
