For the model's hair type, part the hair in sections and detangle from the ends to the root. This will make combing easier. Thanks for uploading.

Your model has beautiful hair! Next time , wet the hair throughly, use a non-alcohol hair gel, and wide tooth comb to detangle the hair, and a soft bristle bush to smooth the hair. You won’t need to pull her hair that tight with the correct products. 🥰

I was looking for this comment, as I have this client’s hair texture. In addition to what was suggested, I would have first washed her hair with some sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner and then styled the hair while damp.

Technique aside, I watch this video almost every day before sleep. It’s relaxing, I love the hair play on textured hair and I love the gentle, brief moments of talking. Sounds were great and I love that the angles also show you concentrating on your task, as this is also a huge trigger for me. Look forward to you bringing some of the curly hair suggestions from the comment section into future videos.

Ok some helpful tips. 1. Part in 4 sections, 2. saturate and detangle each section, 3. place each section in a two-strand twist. 4. after you've detangled, And twist the whole head 5. untwist the bottom 2 sections and place them into neat ponytail 6. untwists and neatly attach the top half of hair to the bottom half of the ponytail. 7 . Make sure the edges are gathered and wrapped tightly with a head wrap, leaving the ponytail exposed. 8. Detangle and wrap the ponytail into a bun, 9. allow the edges to dry and it should be perfect 😊. Looking forward to your next video 😊

its okay to soak the hair because its so thick. my hair is a little thicker than hers. you did SO good !!😭i love that you experience with other textures. in highschool i used the johnsons & johnsons baby detangler spray it works wonders its a mint green bottle. detangle the ends up, holding the section so it doesnt pull or yank. if you detangle the whole head, you will notice it slicks back much easier with no lumps. you can also tie it, slick the hairs and then RE TIE it, i sometimes do that. i prefer a brush vs comb bc combs hurt for me. ive been seeing that new brush on tiktok that glides through ALL hair textures like butter i just ordered it. cant wait to watch another video of yours, the asmr sounds were perfect.❤❤

I would love to see more videos like this. I truly enjoy all your videos. But if you don’t mind me saying when styling or dealing with more texturized hair, I would recommend detangling the hair from ends to the roots. With a wide tooth comb or even the brush used in video. Also using a spray bottle with water or detangling conditioner will help. And with styling, shaping, and or molding the hair a bristle brush is the best. Nevertheless this video was absolutely amazing!

I enjoyed watching this. I love hair videos. I wouldn't have used that hairspray, rather I would have used a nice jojoba or coconut oil and gel. I have done my niece's hair that is textured and she has such curly hair that it can become brittle and break easily. The oil also keeps her scalp from flaking. But thats a beautiful job you did. 👏
