I’m sorry for my absence, recently it’s been difficult finding the motivation to record. I’ve had a few low moments with depression and when it’s at the worst, I shut everything out. I’m not normally open about my personal life but I think you all deserve to know because we all have our own struggles. It’s a good feeling knowing we are not alone. Hope you enjoy!🌻

You are definitely not alone my friend! You’re not the only one going thru this, we’re all in this together so don’t feel like you don’t have anybody. It’s ok to talk about mental health, it doesn’t mean you’re weak. On the contrary it signifies that you’re stronger because of it. It takes a very strong person to go thru life carrying a heavy heart and wearing a smile that only we know how truly hard it is to put on.
