I once read a non-fiction biography book about an eclectic, unique fellow by name of William Dampier.. Name of book was called A Pirate of Exquisite Mind.. . Fascinating Read, for (and if) any (are) Interested.

Thanks for this but I still want to put in a vote for more soft-spoken videos, they're easier to understand and more natural in my opinion. Pirates and Buccaneers are an interesting topic; many of them were early sea-going socialists long before Karl Marx ever came along. An ex-Catholic priest named "Misson the Good" circulated amongst them, preaching a primitive socialist message. "Libertalia", their socialist homeland, may or may not have actually existed on the island of Madagascar. Historians are not sure.
