I actually feel that way about positive affirmation ASMR I feel a lot of the times like no one cares about me never says anything good about me. I think deep down my family cares about me even if I don't see it all the time or even if they don't always show it. I think just hearing positive things from someone other then my family it just hits the mark more then when my family says nice things to me. So when I watch positive affirmation or hypnosis ASMR I always wake up the next day and have a super good day because I am more confident in myself!

I suffer from severe insomnia. I have trouble sleeping every night. For the last 15 yrs I sleep an average of 3-4 hours and its always impossible to calm my mind and actually drift off. I heard about asmr but when i checked out a few channels i didnt see how this could help. Then i found your channel. Thank you. difference between a pro and noob asmrist (soft speaker ) is that 1. pro doesn't laugh on camera 2. every word is spoken with a huge effort 3. elongated words /sounds or stretching words 4. stability in the tone (a rhythm followed through the video) 5 I never knew background sound will have wonderful effects. awesome effects and creative calm ASMR has it all APPROVED by me
