ASMR POV Back Massage REIKI Negative Energy Removal

Welcome to your relaxing reiki & back massage session ✨ I've done a few of these POV style videos before and you all seem to enjoy them so we're back with another! I think it's also a nice way to switch up my video style every once in a while for something different :) In this session I'll be focusing on releasing tension in your back, getting rid of any negative energy you may be feeling and helping you to unwind and relax after a long day. Includes lots of hand movements and fabric scratching/crinkly blanket sounds. I know it seems like your head is the wrong way around but let's just use our imagination! 😂 The microphone was a little bit further away from me in this video so the audio isn't perfect, but I hope you enjoy 🤍
*it was also 90 degrees in the room while I was filming I'm sorry for my struggle throughout the video!

What is ASMR?
“Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.

Thanks this really helped a lot. I’ve been suffering with severe acne and have been really negative and it has really lowered my self esteem. This video really helped me remove my negative energy and really hope for the best with the new face routine my dermatologist gave me and hopefully it works
