@@bowlofbereal this is sooooo true. My father is severely mentally ill. He was in a psychosis when he did sex with mum. N she only told me a few yrs ago, she tried to stop it. I was so sad. Now I know y I have OCD since childhood as I was born out of sin. I felt so sad. I didn't think he was capable of that. Coz normally he is a gentle kind person. He has schizophrenia. In terms of law if a person with schizophrenia sexually attacks their wife, whilst in psychosis. Is that classed as rape but with diminished responsibility. I just don't understand y she stayed with him. Bcoz my life has been destroyed n now I'm mentally ill. N it's soooo much stress to deal with. I think people with mental illness should have option to get sterilisation. I want it but I'm too young for it.

I have a 3.5 month old niece and haven’t spent this much time with a baby until now. Her name is Rosemary and that smile is something else! I’m so stoked to be the cool aunt. Love ASMR roleplay esp personal attention, this is perfect. Also love the example you are setting for mental health after giving birth. You must do things that make you feel like yourself so you dont slip into thw dumps. Get back into a routine, do your hair, do your makeup. You dont have to sit at home watching a baby sleep, especially when you have a supportive partner. 💗

Please be careful with the bulb syringe (snot sucker as we nicknamed it at the hospital I work in) …. They harbor a lot of bacteria and mold. I would definitely recommend the Nose Frida to remove any boogies from your newborns nose. :)
