I know I'm months late to the party, but I just lost my furbaby a few weeks ago, and I've also had a hard time reaching out and talking about it. I have the same fear of having to explain to people how he was more than a pet and how deeply losing him has hurt me. Your heart and love is for whatever you deep is worthy of your love, everyone else can take a hike. You are not only for baby-making, and whatever you decide to do with yourself and your journey is your business. I definitely have bad days, where it just seems like I don't have enough serotonins bouncing around up there. Reaching out and talking about it can help, so you're doing the right thing. Some of the time I would find myself withdrawing but in the end that usually just compounded the depression, but talking about it helps you release some of that burden. Thanks for the vids :)

My current job would not be a good game or even ASMR / game (call centre)... but... The job I had when I learnt the word PLINTH... Maybe! I worked in a small laundry (circa 1996 btw!) that was part of a 65-room conference-oriented hotel for corporate MBAs. We had one 30 litre washer and one 20 litre washer. They threw out a lot of torque and the floor was not strong enough, so they built a sturdy plinth above it for them. The laundry game would be all about timing, stock rotation, anionic surfactant, starch, temperature. All keeping the kitchen, restaurant and house keeping staff stocked and happy with serviettes, towels, chefs uniforms, sheets, etc.. Thank you for your videos, always calming and always quality.

As a '96 baby I totally feel with feeling between generations and not letting that define you. I don't feel like I was a part of what a lot older millennials experienced but I also definitely don't fit in as a Gen Z. In my case I wonder if being an older sibling contributes because I'd watch things with my younger sister whereas a younger sibling would have the opposite experience. Generations are just social constructs anyway

I relate to the mix kid thing. When I was applying to universities I only had an option to choose one and it through me in s loop because I didn't know if I should put myself down as an minority or not because. You should look at Xennial it’s a micro generation between gen X and millennial. Year wise it like 77-85 or so, however your lived experience is very similar to us. I think your feeling that generation is more experience then year of birth makes sense at least to me.

I lost my beautiful, young cat Satturn a while ago which was awful as he was such a sooky and gentle boy with a beautiful nature. He and my dachshund, Joey were essentially inseparable brothers and it broke me and my mother to see him lonely without his friend around. We found a girl dachy whom we named Luna a while later who was perfect for him like he hand-picked her for him! There was a triple rainbow in the sky when we found her! 🥹🌈
