Today I have prepared a collection of the best moments and previews of my old ASMR videos for people with ADHD, Autism or Anxiety. You will be able to fall asleep much more comfortably with this special session, where you can find layered sounds, special effects, massage, reiki and many other popular ASMR triggers.
I would like to say that I have prepared a very, very special video for people who experience any of the terms written in the title, so that they can focus their attention on a single point. The most dominant / distinct feeling you will feel while watching this video will be feeling safe here. My primary goal is not to relax, fall asleep or soothe you, but to make you feel like you're in a safe zone.
As someone who experiences serious anxiety attacks from time to time, I can admit that focusing my attention on a different place and feeling like I am in a safe haven at that point is a very good feeling for me. And with the feedback and comments I received from you, I saw that you felt the same way and that this was your expectation. I think this is great! Because even if we cannot reduce our level of pain, I think being here together for the same purpose has a healing effect in itself. So thank you so much for being here and trusting me. Because this is very important to me!
I would like to leave you with this special session by making a brief explanation for people who have never heard of the terms written in the title of the video and do not have enough knowledge.
What is ADHD?
ADHD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by persistent patterns of inattention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity that interfere with daily functioning and development. It typically emerges in childhood and can persist into adulthood.
Symptoms of inattention may include difficulty sustaining attention, frequent careless mistakes, trouble organizing tasks, and forgetfulness. Impulsivity symptoms may manifest as interrupting others, difficulty waiting turns, and acting without considering consequences. Hyperactivity symptoms can include fidgeting, excessive talking, and an inability to stay seated.
What is Autism?
Autism, or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is a complex neurodevelopmental condition characterized by challenges with social interaction, communication difficulties, and restricted, repetitive behaviors. It is typically diagnosed in early childhood, although symptoms can vary widely in severity and presentation.
Individuals with autism may have difficulty understanding and interpreting social cues, such as facial expressions and body language, leading to challenges in forming and maintaining relationships. Communication difficulties may range from delayed language development to difficulty understanding non-literal language or sarcasm. Restricted and repetitive behaviors can manifest as repetitive movements (e.g., hand-flapping), adherence to routines or rituals, and intense interests in specific topics.
What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is a natural response to stress or perceived threats, characterized by feelings of worry, fear, and unease. While it's a normal part of life, anxiety becomes a concern when it becomes persistent, excessive, and interferes with daily functioning.
Symptoms of anxiety can vary widely but often include physical symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, sweating, trembling, and gastrointestinal issues, as well as psychological symptoms like racing thoughts, difficulty concentrating, and irritability.
