im just like that too, but, how do you figure out you have adhd, I've looked into it and it's symptoms and i exhibit a *LOT* of the signs and it explains so much about me that i was confused about but i can't look into it because my parents say adhd isn't real and that it's just an excuse for this with lack of focus so they say just focus cause back in my day that wasn't a thing and any one who was like that just learned to shape up so like :/

I always love the PREVIEWS videos. Puts together the most things that give tingles in a single video. Normally, I’d develop a resistance to getting tingles from listening to a video too often, but that doesn’t seem to happen with videos like this one which bombard the listener with thousands of different sounds.

Hey! I'm a pretty anxious person too. I only figured myself out a few months ago and I really feel like I've woken up from some fever dream. Top tips I can give are to check out some great philosophy (Buddhism - mainly, stoicism, and whatever else I could dig up), going to bed super early (7:30), and using meal prep to eat healthier and with controlled portion sizes. I hope you find any of these useful, and wish you the best of luck in finding peace.

Hey Zeitgeist I really wanna thank you for always being there for me before I go to sleep. I'm in a long distance relationship with my fiancé and we currently haven't seen eachother since 7 months now and I don't know when we're gonna able to see eachother again. Both of our countries don't allow unvaccinated people to enter the country and since we can't get vaccinated out of medical issues we are also banned from seeing eachother... I feel the worst I've ever felt in my life and it's somtimes hard to find reasons to live and therefor I have many sleepless nights filled with anxiety and negative thoughts. Your videos are the only thing that give me peace in this situation and help me sleep. Thank you for all the work you do✨️

Brother im here since 2017, when you were still making roleplay. Your evolution has been crazy over the years, and look at you now, on the top of ASMR mountain. Well deserved doctor! Yes, doctor, because what you do now can be kinda compared to masseurs, therapist, etc. You seem to be the only one to have understood the 'sound massage '. I can only say keep it up with what you do, and if I may, i would advise on less tapping, and more focus on sounds, which to me is the ASMR essence (the mind does not want to picture fingers moving). Oh, and please, I advised you on a new underwater video and you did spongebob, which was amazing. Now I beg you, upgrade the orbeez with your new skills ❤

It really and I mean really means a lot that you accepted and liked my Christmas gift to you, my art picture drawing for you. I created it with thanks and happiness. After going through the dark moments I had for so long with all I was going through with issues in personal, and the loss of my sister, health issues, and then meeting you is truly a blessing that you helped me and I got back to where I felt better and improving on my health. You are an Amazing Artist and you are living out your dream. You helped me to believe in living out my own dreams - that it is not too late. Yes, I am 42, but I still have a lot of years left. So when you were happy to know my gift to you was sent, I felt so happy and glad you would like it. Although my current job is not really my all time dream, it is definitely a step up towards that direction because it is enabling me to grow and expand with my skills, talents, and abilities. ASMR does help. Even way back when before I even knew what ASMR was all about, the tingles and relaxation and the ease of getting good sleep made me happy.
