Here in finland every university is free for finland residents including bachelor master and doctorate degrees for us finns in both english and finnish programs. There are no private universities here so only the best students get in and what is the cooler part is that every uni in finland is ranked in the top 1% of all universities in the world! Our universities are also free foe charge in the english programs for all eu/eta citizens.

I know it might sound mean to say it, but believe me, you do not want to live in a country like Spain during summer(especially this summer). You have like 40-45 degrees days, with the weather not cooling even at night, so you can hardly sleep.
