It seems like over the years, fast tapping and fast sounds have taken over, I’ve always responded to slow tapping waaaay more than fast. Thanks a lot for this, the tapping, the hand movements, the way you speak...perfect.

First off I love your channel and it eases me asleep most nights. Now I’ve been a chef for the last 11 years professionally, the sharpener is going to be great for those scissors that you said are a little blunt but as far as your knives it might not treat your knives as well as you think. just a heads up.
