August is the only ASMRtist I've seen who can look at the camera, or rather a mirror past the camera and it NOT break immersion. It looks exactly like she is supposed to and it's perfect. I really feel like we are in the presence of a professional with a client who is checking the mirror to make sure of angles on the client she can't see from her position. Just a nice touch of realism I haven't seen anyone else achieve. Lovely!

August is hands down the best real life ASMR artist on KZbin. I’ve watched SO many other artists and they just don’t compare... her voice, presence, movements, just everything is beyond perfect. As a mama of babies that co-sleeps and gets ZERO time to myself, these ASMR videos have been something I look forward to to get that ME time in to relax. ❤ thank you for all you do!

This has to be one of my faves of August's - her movements with her hands at 9-10 minute mark and after 17:29 are SO gentle and graceful. It's her hands and jewellery too - not too much chunk with the rings so it's not a distraction - with elegant nails and the way she is so gentle turning Lucy's head - it's all hypnotic! Lucy looks like she is in a blissful sleepy state in this one. One of my favourite ASMR channels.

Colour and lighting is so important for mental wellbeing and relaxation. Work in mental health in hospitals with no natural daylight and artificial harsh lighting very counterproductive for wellbeing. I think the same in schools and office buildings bringing in mood lighting really thinking about colour palette making environments less sterile would increase productivity and improve mood imo.

This is sooooo relaxing and tingly. Would love to see a video...of scalp checking, up close, just with vigorous fingerips rather than tools/brushes. I just know youd do a great spin on it. 😊 (The sort of scalp check your parents would give to check for lice if you so much as scratched once😂)
