lovely vid, its always nice spending some time listening in on your latest treasure finds. Im currently reading the second book in a high fantasy series by Neil Hancock, called The Circle of Light. I don't know if I would exactly recommend it, it can be long winded with sentences that stretch for miles. But it's fun for those of us who wish there was more Tolkien-esque books in the universe.

Love this! And with a book rec mixed in. Have you tried Ali Smith? She’s won the Man Booker Prize a few times, but she doesn’t seem to have caught on in the States quite as much as she should have. I think she has a really interesting style and is really playful with language in a way that I enjoy. I just read her Seasonal Quartet (which was great) but I also really enjoyed There But For The.
