The way you cook that oxtail its like how we Jamaicans cook it. The only thing is we add kats-up at the end and we don't use celery. We also love it with broad bean or butter bean s which you said you forgot to add. Well done.

اللحمة لا تغسل بالماء.. تضعيها فى ماء مغلى و تديها غلوة كدة و ترمى المياه و بعدين تطبخيها don’t wash meat with water just boil it like twice in boiled water then throw the water then cook it the way you like
