Hola Este, llevo un tiempo viendo tus videos pero no habia comentado antes dado que siempre los veo en la noche para poder dormir. Pero desde hace un tiempo queria agradecerte y decirte que tus videos me han ayudado muchisimo. Llevaba 3 años con insomnio y esto me empezó a afectar en el sentido de que me daban muchos dolores de cabeza, mi visión se tornaba borrosa y lo peor es que se me empezaron a olvidar las cosas y ya no podía retener información a corto plazo, intenté varias cosas, medicamentos, musica de piano y otras cosas. Entonces una noche me encontré con uno de tus videos y fue una de las primeras noches en 3 años que pude dormir profundo. I also hate drying my hair. I usually let it air dry, but I have pretty fine hair so it doesn’t take a very long time. Have you seen a dermatologist about your scalp? It sounds like it could be a fungal infection from having wet hair on one area for too long. Either way, I hope your scalp finds some relief!

Yes, I think that if you put it in its original condition without drying your scalp as much as possible, it will definitely cause problems for your scalp.😅

Interesting video on hair treatment and massage, I tend to wash my hair after work in afternoon or early evening and leave to air dry , I've now gone to natural Seaweed shampoo and conditioner and my scalp and hair are much healthier no more itching like before from shampoos with silicone and plastic in them , pay more but so more worth it for healthier head 😀 ,thank you Este , good night from Wales 🙋🏼‍♀️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

The sounds in this video are so good 😊 I don't blow dry my hair because I have a lot of hair. It will take me forever to blow dry it (aka lazy). Instead, I will wash my hair early, around evening, and air dry it. It's also better for my hair because I have wavy hair and the curls look nicer when I don't use the hair dryer on them 😂

I guess you have this acne from unproper disinfection of this pillow part (washing basin) use antifungal shampoo, dry your hair properly then apply antiacne gel/cream. After few days it should be all fine.

Não precisa ter dor de cabeça. Aqui no Brasil, quem não quer ter trabalho com festa de filho, contrata o serviço de algum fest food. Eles fecham o salão por horas contratadas, você escolhe os lanches, eles enfeitam com balões e outros itens. Tem música e pode ter animador de festa. Você nem precisa ficar no mesmo ambiente. Não precisa convidar os pais. Eles deixam as crianças e, no horário marcado, vem buscar. Você só paga e deixa todo o trabalho com a empresa. Aqui você pode levar o bolo e eles servem depois do parabéns. Não tem essa opção na Coréia?

Possable yeast infection where you tie your wet hair up all the time. I would consult a medical professional about that. I let my hair air dry and rarely tie it up.

Te puedo decir que a mis 61 años y eso que el pelo me llega a las caderas como mucho dos veces me he secado el pelo con secador🤷🏻‍♀️ No me gusta prefiero dejarlo secar al aire aún siendo invierno no me importa salir con el cabello mojado!! 😅

Y respecto al tema, así es, acá en Colombia es muy húmedo, pero no acostumbramos a ducharnos con agua caliente sino al ambiente, y tampoco acostumbramos a usar secador de cabello, solo lo secamos con la toalla y ya, el resto lo dejamos qué seque con el clima y el tiempo.
