i have this weird childhood memory of going to a... place once in a while with a handful of other children where we would do relaxing activities like choosing a colourful feather, laying down on the ground and playing around with it while a woman told us to visualize some kind of image accompanied by the sound of a singing bowl. this memory is at the cusp of me not being convinced that it is real, although my mum confirmed that she indeed took me to activities like this. now I am a sceptic and I don't believe Reiki works but I still watch so much of it because it triggers that weird part of my brain that is still 3 years old and doesn't know anything about the world. it's incredibly ethereal and relaxing and I thank you for your content since it triggers that feeling of serenity in me.

Silke I think I have seen all your videos, so I am rewatching this one. I have a request if you still see comments on older videos. I am autistic and watching this video to help avoid a meltdown. An autistic meltdown is often confused with a panic attack. It has anxiety aspects but it’s more a sensation of overwhelm / overstimulation. Grounding & soothing are important. For me, boosting the earth star & root AND soothing the 3rd eye & heart are my best bets for a meltdown. (For me, a singing bowl is too much sound during meltdown but rattling is amazing. I sometimes drum myself) I love your videos and thank you so much for all your hard work.

The neighbours are having a party. I’m a bit frustrated and in my head. What to do. I thougt if Silke can make video’s alomgside neighbours, vacuum cleaners, drilling machines, construction workers and on top some birds screaming etc, than I can listen to a grounding video. So i did. i put you on the speaker of my ipad. You never whispered this loud ! It actualy worked. I ignored the neighbours. I got grounded and let the sounds pass. (I am open and grounded). 🙏🦋🙏
