I used to take a packet of lion's mane ( four sigmatic brand) along with 2 alpha gpc capsules (now brand) before studying. Both are natural, and have other health benefits while helping with focus. No jitters. Someone described the lion's mane as feeling like a hug for the brain. I agree. Good luck!

Eventually, you would be able to fall asleep. It depends on the reiki healer, I suppose. You have to find one that works for you. She does help lesson with my anxiety and just reassures me in a calming state of mind and relaxation.

People must really like this sort of asmr, personally it doesn’t work for me and doesn’t even relax me which is one of the rare times it hasn’t as it is too erratic for me. She will do nice calming gestures but then suddenly goes erratic and then the strange noises are again too sudden and snaps me out of it and causes the opposite to relaxation for me personally. Shame as I tried a few videos but this style doesn’t work for me at all, but people must really like it as her like ratio is high on her videos.
