I must have really needed to release some stuff because I got pretty twitchy this time, thank you! I'll have to re-watch it for the sleepy part, because while it was very relaxing, the twitching kind of put a damper on things. Anyway, the twitching happens usually when I haven't been releasing enough or am stressed or what not, and it happens during reiki sessions, so this wasn't a surprise or anything, just life. You're on a short list of people who can reliably put me to sleep, and you are fricking awesome. I hope you know that.
