I sat down about 10 minutes ago and started watching this after having a tiff with my cousin. It was such a nice surprise to see a new video from you!! And when you mentioned about sensing conflict, I thought, yowsa, that's me! lol. Trying a “double feature” set up where the second part is the session with added music or ambient sounds to give the best of both worlds! Gosh insomnia is the absolute worse - it hasn’t happened to me in a while but when it does it’s absolutely awful - hoping it works itself out soon for you my friend 😊

I've been binge watching your videos quite a bit lately as they really help to keep me centered, from your voice to the tingly sounds- even the chalkboard - to just the whole vibe. @@nickelcitymystic I've watched videos of top folk for some time and I think that's what the top one does! Even just an etherial piece of music in the background is enough!! Sometimes a person's voice is ok and other times it's best without constant chatter!!!
