Today I will give you a private reiki session from a first person perspective. And I am sure you will feel as happy and peaceful as a snowflake. Let me tell you the details:
Reiki ; It is an energy cleansing that includes techniques that I will do with extremely relaxing hand movements and the use of special healing stones. It is a very effective trigger, especially for ASMR.
Energy pulling ; This is actually a special technique, also known as negative energy removal. I will pull the negative energy from your body or face with my hand and try to cut it off with my hand again. It is extremely relaxing as a visual trigger. And I can say that this is one of my favourites.
Plucking negative energy ; It consists of movements of collecting energies from different points and chakra areas of the body. Again, it is a technique that I think is effective as a visual trigger.
Spiritual cleansing ; These are the sections that contain techniques of bad energy cleansing, brushing and spraying healing water. You can relax yourself by imagining your soul being healed.
ASMR for sleep ; Don't you deserve a good night's sleep after your reiki and massage sessions? For this, I will offer you an experience in a dimly lit environment and again with relaxing hand gestures. And that's how our session tonight will end!
