Thank you so much for all your videos. I just found you about a week ago. I'm opening my world to reiki as I've been on my inner child wound healing journey for awhile and have been doing deep shadow work. Lots of sleepless nights, but writing again which I haven't done in years and it feels good to FEEL again. I've never had love for myself, because I've been abandoned my whole life by the people I've loved, so "being myself" always felt like a crap shoot and I always found myself in relationships I knew wouldn't last, because I didn't respect myself. I'm at the point of knowing self-love is the ONLY love and I know this now! Loving oneself is the only way to give true love to others. Reiki will definitely help me. I've been meditating and doing mindfulness for a few years and I'm also witchy so I've become more in tune with my intuition and connecting to my spirit guides for awhile now, but WOW as I've watched your videos I literally feel the energy in each area being activated. For the first thirty years of my life, I was born and raised in a central California town, that was so narcissistic, that I felt restricted in pursuing anything that most normal adult men are able to pursue. (That includes job opportunities, education, finding a wife, having a home, constantly ostracized and rejected, etc) and this is something that depresses me to this day. I no longer live in my "hometown" (that never felt like home), and at my age, I constantly dwell in the past, with no hope to move forward. So with that said, I really appreciate what you do here. Maybe somewhere I will find that peace of mind and hope to just let go.

I took my son to a cirque de soleil show recently. He’s 6 and he’s never been to a live performance. He was clapping and yelling excitedly for the performers even when we weren’t. I didnt have it in me to make him be quiet or act “less” like my parents would have done to me. I considered that it might have been annoying to people around us but… it was a family show AND his pure excitement and love for what he was seeing. As I allow him to shine his light brightly my inner child smiles back at me. Thank you for this! 💞

hey I need the soft continuous voice. I hope if we can see who we are as only human and realizing how our individual environments, not genetics are greatly affecting ours and others' lives then we can hopefully create a much more wonderful spirit of equality and deep care for all, understanding where we may have benefited while others have not had such support. Who ever invented plucking, thank them for me. I psychologically feel a lightening of weight and a kind of mental release or relief. I love the feathers. I also found by being so very earthly and human, I am able to disarm those who may be wishing to play angles with me.
