I was neglected as a child & also lived alone for a few young adult years & can say, if I hadn't been actual friends with myself, I couldnt have handled it. I felt lonely, but not alone. All the love I gave them all these years has turned my life to leave everything behind and live on my own. Lonely though glad am away from too many traumatic experiences and have chosen the path to self healing. One day at a time brother! I remember I used to make dishonest agreements with myself about my drinking or other things based on my or others' expectations. Saying I won't drink forever or years is not an honest agreement I can make with my self. I ask the Divine to help me not drink today. That's establishing an honest agreement with myself that I can fulfill.

This hits home for me. I moved away from my home state as a young adult and lost touch with most of my friends. Recently discovered that the few that held on were not true friends, just leftovers from essentially a former life. I spent 7 years in that new location and never made any true friends besides my pets. Now, at almost 30, I will be moving to a new state soon and I am truly hoping to finally form some genuine connections and friendships. I have alot of trauma around relationships; trust issues, anxiety, anxious attachment style etc but I am hoping that If I keep my heart open I will find people who love me and vibe with me regardless ❤

Hi I just found your channel I think you’re beautiful you look like a fairy 🥰 I would love a asmr video for manifesting sp like scenes with me and him and all the things he would say. This would help because you’re supposed to imagine things you would see hear and feel I guess you could cover the sound part.
